THE COMPANY

A full service ad agency in LA is looking for an email marketing analytics specialist to join the team. They have recently singed new fortune 100 clients and are looking for more analytical support! This agency is very data driven and tech forward, and this approach has lead them to win lots of new business in the past year. They have grown by about 40% in the past year, and have no plans to slow down anytime soon.

THE ROLE

Due to a new client, the analytics team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to focus on Email and Direct mail campaign analytics. Repositions may include:

  • Monitoring and managing up to 35 email campaigns
  • Analyzing ROI on direct mail campaigns
  • Presenting your finding to both internal and external clients.
  • Using SQL and Tableau to better analyze marketing data.
  • Other analytics projects as needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • Must be passionate about using data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience analyzing email campaigns, and managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Expertise with an ESP (Cheetah ideal but not required)
  • Have experience with social media reporting tools such as Google Analytics / Marketo / DoubleClick / Adobe Analytics /
  • Have run A/B tests in the past and have a solid understanding of multivariate testing.
  • Experience using SQL to pull data.
  • Exposure to Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Expert communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex data to a non-technical audience.
