This CRO Developer position will give you the opportunity to own the end-to-end CRO function for an international Digital Experience Consultancy looking to grow out its UK team.

THE COMPANY:

The company you will be working for is a leading specialist digital analytics consultancy that works with clients and internal teams to execute high-standard web analytics and optimisation. This team in particular specialises in the Adobe stack.

THE ROLE:

As a CRO Developer you will be part of the optimisation team looking at a variety of well-known brands across multiple sectors and will need to:

• Be a primary point of contact.
• Be confident in building A/B tests
• Experienced in Adobe Recommendations

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful CRO Developer will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven commercial experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
• Commercial experience in building A/B testing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

THE BENEFITS:

You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £60,000. On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.

Role

• This opportunity provides flexibility to really make the role your own. With plans to increase the Digital Analytics capabilities at this company, you will be likely working closely with clients with their Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics set-up and reporting, alongside optimising the online customer journey.
• Another element of the role will be looking at marketing and campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness to again give the clients a way of improving and getting more bang for their buck.

Skills

The successful applicant will have extensive experience with:

• Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience working in an agency or stakeholder communication-heavy position.
• Desire to learn and up-skill across all breadths of analytics.

THE ROLE:

A remote working Client Enablement Lead will need to be proactive and be able to take initiative when providing solutions. You will be key to client engagements and therefore will be:

• Translating analytics requirements into actionable roadmaps.
• Leading client engagements and working with key stakeholders.
• Mentoring and training more junior employees.
• Familiarity with Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics
• Be able to communicate with a wide variety of people, adjusting language accordingly.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful Client Enablement Lead will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven commercial experience in Adobe Launch
• Project management experience.
• Advanced use of Adobe Analytics
