A high-growth eCommerce marketplace with a rapidly expanding customer base are looking to expand their analytics function. This brand have a disruptive offering and are hiring due to the massive growth that the company has seen over the last year.

They are looking for a data-driven Growth Analyst who wants more ownership over their work. They're looking for someone who can add value and help drive the business.

Senior Data Analyst

• You will help create the marketing analytics roadmap and work closely with C-Suite Executives to deliver it
• Daily use of SQL and A/B testing with a focus on user journey analysis and marketing analytics
• Working on marketing projects e.g. attribution, marketing ROI and channel analysis
• Delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders both internally and externally on how to increase performance, conversion and product diversification
• You will work on customer retention and acquisition strategies

You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be relevant:

• You will have commercial experience in SQL and A/B testing
• Experience in Paid Social, CRM and SEO would all be relevant
• You will have experience within marketing analytics

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £65,000.
