THE COMPANY
National brand looking to develop within insights. The data team is vast and innovative, with such large pools of data they work well to use the latest tech to focus their analytics and target customers better, they now want to know the qualitative reasons for why and hear the customer voice in more detail!
THE ROLE
As the Research Manager your focus will be to understand the customer voice in more detail, specifically:
- Develop the customer research function working with different senior stakeholders to understand the needs and requirements of the business
- Build a consumer panel of 10,000 - 15,000 consumers and use this information to drive research into the customer voice
- Use your skills in analytics as well as the wider data team to drive the use of data analysis in market research
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in research methods and evidence of working on costumer panels
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research
- Great communicator and ability to convey a story through data

THE ROLE
As a Senior Econometrician your focus will be the delivery of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), specifically you will have to:
- Delivering MMM solutions to optimise media spend, using statistical analysis and data modelling to use data from a wide range of sources
- Identify trends within data through SQL or Python, building models and working with data engineering teams to ensure there are no anomalies
- Build and deliver models based on predictive analytics working within AWS to find answers to complex marketing questions!
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previously have built or tested econometric models and have an understanding of forecasting
- Strong SQL and Python to query vast sets of data
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
