This innovative, fast growing renewable energy start-up are looking for a Research Insight Executive to help understand their customers key principles behind purchasing behaviour. You will be working amongst a team of talented individuals, continuing to partner with some of the worlds leading brands that are data-rich with a focus on their customers.

THE COMPANY
Coming through a growth period, this company are looking for a Research Insight Executive to help them make the most out of their opportunity in a growing market, solidifying their market position and advance the knowledge of their customer base.
As part of their success story, the successful Research Insight Executive will be delivering actionable insights that have a high impact on the company, fuelling key business decisions. A large part of this role will be looking to understand how the right data can be innovatively used to drive growth and improve customer decision making by delivering accurate recommendations.

THE ROLE
As a Research Insight Executive in this innovative renewable energy start-up, you be faced with an exciting opportunity to work with the senior leadership team. In this, you will be working to create an extensive understanding of this companies' customer base.
More specifically, you can also expect to do the following;

• Gaining an understanding of touchpoints, the company has with their customers
• Delivering and shaping a proposition roadmap from your research
• Delivering insight to shape future products and services as well as price, acquisition, loyalty etc
• Working with 3rd party data and partners to deliver primary research
• Presenting insights in both presentation and written report format
• Working with the database, looking at customer segmentations, product ranges etc

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Research Insight Executive will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent ability and willingness to learn, adapt and develop new skills
• Inquisitive mindset with a critical attention to detail
• Passion for the sustainable energy market, trends and technology
• Educated to a relevant scientific or analytical degree
• Experience with survey data as well as other research techniques
• Experience analysing and working with large and complex datasets in Excel

THE BENEFITS
The successful a Research Insight Executive will receive a salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits, with an amazing opportunity to work in and up-and-coming company and market sector.
