An excellent opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive or Manager to join a business that helps graduates into their first professional roles. Our client runs an annual Internship Experience with around 75,000 graduates attending to learn from Blue Chip companies through virtual learning.

As a Marketing Operations Executive or Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with speakers at the Blue Chip companies who will be delivering talks throughout the internship. You will be responsible for ensuring that no content from one client to another is overlapping and to ensure the speakers are fully prepared and set up. You will work with the marketing team and events team to ensure all communications are consistent.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders and external speakers to gather content
• Working with external speakers to ensure no content is overlapping
• Ensure all learning material for students is ready
• Work with marketing and operations to ensure marketing and communications are consistent

Skills & Experience

• Educated to University degree level with a passion for education
• Previous experience in Operations, Events or Marketing
• Excellent communication skills is a must
