THE COMPANY:

This unique brand first took the world by storm nearly two decades ago and has since changed the way we look at comfort in clothing. They have over 1 billion annual sales and are one of the largest footwear brands in the world! Now they are looking to make better use of their data and analytics and that's where you come in!

THE ROLE:

The Manager of Marketing Analytics you will deliver consumer and marketing channel insights to better inform the planning and optimization of all marketing, merchandising, and promotional efforts. In this exciting role you will…

  • Lead the development and understanding of customer and marketing analytics, insights, optimization, forecasting, and reporting programs.
  • Spearhead marketing attribution to inform budget, channel, and campaign opportunities
  • Consult with key business stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage 2-3 direct reports

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in STEM-related field
  • Experienced with SQL, Python/R, AWS, Tableau/Power BI
  • Background og using predictive and descriptive analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset
  • Prior experience managing direct reports

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • $120,000-$140,000
  • Generous benefits package

Analytics India Magazine: How machine learning streamlines risk management Abhaya K Srivastava, SVP at Northern Trust Corporation, recently spoke at the Machine Learning Developers Summit 2021.
