THE ROLE: Manager of Customer and Marketing Analytics

As the Manager of Customer and Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for helping the company understand their customer channel and lead them to make smarter business decisions. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop customer analytics, insights and forecasting
  • Lead the marketing attribution to inform for budget
  • Lead omnichannel customer insights and recommendations
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding business strategies

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

  • Well versed in SQL, Python and R
  • Previous experience using Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience in data mining tools such as R or Python
  • Prior experience with descriptive and predictive statistics

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

  • $120,000-140,000
  • Generous benefits package
