Are you passionate about joining an innovative well-known brand that has actively supported hundreds of thousands of healthcare heroes throughout the past year? A leading consumer goods company is looking for an experienced Manager, Customer Analytics to lead the successful predictive modeling to meet business growth in Boston.

THE ROLE:

As Manager, Customer Analytics, you will be the Advanced Analytics Lead in analyzing large amounts of customer data, and then building the appropriate attribution and forecasting models to optimize the company's online presence. You will be responsible for:

• Wrangling, cleaning and manipulating large amounts of customer data using SQL
• Building various predictive models using Python or R (I.e., clustering, attribution, forecasting)
• Building dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI and delivering insights to stakeholders
• Serving as key Advanced Analytics Advisor, and developing and coaching junior team members

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive, progressive Advanced Analytics experience in consumer goods, eCommerce, or retail
• Proven hands-on commercial experience building predictive/statistical models in Python or R
• Strong understanding of Marketing Attribution, Customer Lifecycles, CLV, and Forecasting
• Strong data collection and management skills using SQL and Azure
• Exceptional web analytics skills using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Proven commercial experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
• Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills across the business
• Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred

BENEFITS:

As Manager, Customer Analytics, you can make up to $140,000 base (depending on your experience).
