€65.000-85.000 + Benefits

This company is the leader in the online sports industry and based in central Amsterdam. Since the company would like to build new solutions, they are now looking for a highly skilled machine learning engineer.

THE COMPANY

The company is investing a lot in growth and are striving for excellence and innovation. You will be joining an international and fun team who like to spend time together, also after work hours. There is no 9-5 mentality and a lot of flexibility.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for driving the technical excellence in the research team
  • Design and implement machine learning applications
  • You will be building models for application with time series
  • Increase automation and improve the efficiency of the team
  • Improve the data pipelines by exploring and evaluating new tools and technologies
  • great eye for detail and share your ideas with the team
  • Writing automated tests to assure a great quality of the components in time

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Econometrics or Artificial Intelligence
  • Coaching skills
  • Team player but also able to work individually
  • Good at programming in Python or C++
  • Good knowledge of Tensorflow and Spark/Hadoop
  • Expert with machine learning, data analyses and statistics
  • Good communication skills
  • Result driven
  • ***Right to work in the Netherlands***
