Currently, this top-performing charter school is working towards expanding its analytics domain and is looking to hire a Lead Analyst that will spearhead these efforts.
THE ROLE
As the Lead Analyst, you must be comfortable with the following requirements:
- Well-versed in SQL, Python, Salesforce, Survey Monkey, and PowerBi or some other type of visualization tool.
- Leadership experience with the ability to act as a strategic thought partner.
- All-encompassing understanding of advanced analytics functions.
- Ability to communicate ideas and understand what information is needed for analyses.
- A thorough understanding of analytics that can be presented to both technical and non-technical audiences.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred.
- Management experience.

- Ensure social media downstream tracking through UTM codes and other methods and develop social media reporting dashboards to demonstrate engagement and other KPIs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Social Media Marketing Specialist within this role will likely have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ experience working in an agency or consulting role focused on paid search & organic search optimization required
- Proficiency using Sprout Social (or similar listening/reporting tools)
- Familiarity working with common website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Familiarity working with SuperMetrics, third-party cookie-less audience-building partners like Dstillery, LiveRamp, DeepSync, Lasso, and PulsePoint is a plus
- Detail-oriented QA’ing campaigns regularly

THE ROLE:
