Harnham is working exclusively with a well known tourism and leisure provider on a Junior Product Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to take a step up or across into Product Management, and in doing so work with some of the most well known names in the UK.
THE ROLE:
The Junior Product Manager will have the following responsibilities in this position:
- Manage development roadmap of brand site platform, driving improvements to website functionality in order to improve CX and CR, gathering requirements and managing our development agency sprint process.
- The Digital PM will coordinate and support in the delivery of A/B testing programs as part of ongoing CRO within brand sites and booking platforms, working alongside Ecommerce Managers to optimize sales conversion, product campaigns, user engagement.
- Managing roadmap of CRM platform driving improvements to functionality and performance; gathering requirements and managing development agency sprint process.
- Become the SME on CMS & CRM platforms; document new and existing functionality and ensure Ecommerce & CRM teams are well versed in the systems to maximumise potential to achieve conversion, revenue & customer goals.
- Manage the regular monitoring of website & CRM platforms and to ensure reliability and performance, addressing fixes and remedial action where necessary.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The perfect Junior Product Manager will have the following experience, but not all are necessary needed:
- Digital technology and digital product management experience ideally on a global, multi-country level with specialist understanding of e-commerce & guest journey optimisation
- Proven track record of delivering quality digital improvements, enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
- Experience of leading A/B tests and providing analysis thereafter
- Good knowledge of digital industry and mobile/web product development
- Good knowledge and experience of CRM database management or data feed management (preferably Salesforce)
- Good knowledge of CMS's (preferably Umbraco)
- Knowledge of Leisure / multi-site retail sector experience useful but not essential.
- Experience in some of the following tech tools beneficial: Azure, Accesso, Umbraco, Salesforce, Google suite, Power BI
