THE ROLE
As the Insight Analyst, you will provide analysis and help build strategy to find trends in vast amounts of data. More specifically you will have to:
- Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights
- Analyse vast amounts of data from across various areas of the business, finding trends through deep dive analytics and statistical modelling
- Use Python to build data models and begin to use predictive analysis to enable a change in process in a national organisation!
- Focus on marketing effectiveness, customer insights and digital analytics
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- An expert in SQL
- Python/R would be desirable
- Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon

THE COMPANY:
This is a leading company for leisure activities, holidays and entertainment. With household names as part of their brand, they’re now looking to revamp their website bookings to attract more customers and ensure they get the best break possible.
WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
In this role, you will be joining the Optimisation team as well as reporting to the Technical Lead. You will get to work on:
- Optimising the booking engines on the website specifically for shorter term breaks
- Creating and rolling out the product roadmap for making improvements or rolling out new features and products
- Optimising the website to offer best user experience as well as convert more visitors to guests
- Improving pricing models alongside the Pricing team
- Conducting a/b tests to optimise performance and development of features
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Previous experience across product management, product development, or technical project management
- Previously worked on a website as a product, or be a website wizard!
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Worked on product roadmapping and optimisation
- Tech: preferably used Google Analytics and an a/b testing tool
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Base salary of £45,000

- Remote working from the UK – you can head to the London HQ if you wish, or the usual requirement would be once a quarter

THE ROLE
The day to day of the role will involve:
- Working with the Product Manager to work on short breaks programs
- Carry out AB tests
- Working with the ecommerce team to help develop roadmaps for CRM and manage different features

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need:

- Delivering MMM solutions to optimise media spend, using statistical analysis and data modelling to use data from a wide range of sources
- Identify trends within data through SQL or Python, building models and working with data engineering teams to ensure there are no anomalies
- Always look to build capabilities within the MMM being innovative and progressive in your strategies
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previously have built or tested econometric models and have an understanding of forecasting
- Strong SQL and Python to query vast sets of data
