A start-up agency is looking to expand its borders, it has established large pharma clients as well as marketing agencies and retail businesses. It is looking at becoming the leader in the field and has made a great start to that.
The company is now looking to make its first hire into the business and shape and mold someone into an industry leader in digital analytics just like the other people in the business
Role
everything insight looks at opportunities for the business that they are currently partnered with to increase revenue and increase conversion rates on their own sites.
Another element of the role will be looking at marketing and campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness to again give the clients a way of improving and getting more bang for their buck.
Skills
The successful applicant will have extensive experience with:

THE ROLE:
In this web analyst role, you’ll jump into the insight analyst & new product team.
Day-to-day you can expect:
- To be working closely with clients to analyse how their campaigns are performing and running.
- Tagging and tracking requirements of clients.
- Google Analytics auditing.
- Migrating clients over to GA4.
- Working internally on the company website and campaigns.
- Mentoring the internal team as the expert for internal analytics.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Web Analyst will have the following:
- Agency experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager, with a focus on tagging and tracking across e-commerce websites and digital marketing campaigns
- Data Visualization tool (could be Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker… surprise us!)
- Passion for the charity sector and work that makes a difference
It would also be a bonus if you have the following:
- JavaScript (For advanced tagging and tracking across the data layer)
- Marketing, SEO or PPC experience

When you have successfully impressed the hiring team, expect to be offered a base salary of up to £39,000 as well as a 10-155 bonus, and profit share of £3.6k, which is totally tax-free as well as:

Leading UK Telecommunications brand that have de-scaled and are now rebuilding their Digital Analytics function are hiring for an Implementation Specialist to own the Tag Management across the Digital real estate!
Company
The telecommunications brand have been working with Digital and Data Analytics at the core of the business decisions for a few years, even pre-Covid! Coming out of the pandemic, they have hired a new Head of Digital Analytics with vast expansion plans for the Digital Analytics team. The wider Digital Analytics team would be working cross-functionally with lots of close collaboration with Marketing and Content teams and play a key role within the wider business.
Role
You would be the subject matter expert on Tag Management and Digital Insight for the Data Layer Implementations across the wide variety of Digital Real Estate that the company own. There would be requests coming from the internal Analytics team that you would be working with, but primarily, you would be focused on the initial audit of the tagging, and following this, working on the strategy and roadmap behind Data Layer Implementations.
Skills
– Reporting with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
– Tagging and Tracking with Adobe Launch/Google Tag Manager/Tealium
– Good communication skills
Salary and Benefits
- The successful candidate will get up to £75,000.
