Do you have a proven track record in building and implementing best-in-class Growth and Performance Marketing strategies across all channels, and uncovering new ways to drive customer acquisition? This is an opportunity for a Performance Marketing Guru with solid experience in the D2C space who wants to truly impact a growing company.

The Company

A high-growth start-up in the health and wellness space. They have tripled in size over the last year and are looking to pour resource into their performance marketing.

The Role

You will be the newest member of the Executive leadership team, reporting directly into the CEO and working closely alongside the wider marketing and the creative teams. Your mission will be to grow all acquisition marketing channels (paid social, paid search, email marketing, programmatic, SEO) and diversify revenue, you will get stuck in with testing and trying out new ideas! You'll also get the chance to build the growth marketing/digital acquisition practice from the ground up and hire in a team.

In particular, you can expect to:

· Champion a brand-new growth marketing/performance marketing strategy to diversify customer acquisition

· Work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

· Take ownership of the Paid Social optimization, getting your hands dirty with campaign management and strategy roll-out

· Constantly test and trial your ideas to unlock new channels

· Apply data driven insights to drive performance marketing strategies across all channels

· Work closely with Operations and finance to set growth goals and drive best-ROI marketing tactics and investments

· Hire a team of Performance Marketers

Your Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree required, M.S or MBA degree is highly preferable

· Proven experience in a D2C brand, in a customer acquisition, performance marketing or growth marketing role

· You will be used to working in a fast-paced, start-up environment

· Exposure to the digital advertising space, a genuine curiosity for mar-tech and digital data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DCM, DSP's, DMP's, Attribution tools)

· Experience across all digital marketing channels (display, paid social, paid search, programmatic, SEO, email)

· Experience in Loyalty marketing and retention

· Ability to pitch findings and ideas to stakeholders

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The successful candidate will secure a salary of £70,000 - £90,000
