Head of Customer Analytics

London

£90,000 - £110,000

Our client is a leading global retailer. Currently in search of a Head of Customer Analytics. This is a hands-off position where you will be directly involved with top-level strategy.

Your Role:

  • Managing 10 direct reports, covering Research, Data Science, and BI
  • Building slide decks and influencing leaders around the business to create change and implement a data-driven culture.
  • Building the data environment, improving customer analytics, and cross-marketing strategy.
  • Structure research proposals to create design and fieldwork costs point of view.

Skills:

  • Credible, experienced, and cooperative leader.
  • Someone who has implemented - CLV, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
  • Track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Retail experience would be great.

Interview Process:

1st Stage: Initial interview with VP and team lead.

2nd Stage: Technical testing and interview with VP of Marketing

3rd Stage: Leadership assessment (half a day)
