This exciting role would see you work on expanding the lending book of an award-winning lender as they go from strength to strength. This opportunity is a unique chance to work in a close-knit and focused team, where you'd be able to work on a range of projects with a real focus on P+L.
THE COMPANY

THE ROLE
- Lead the development and execution of credit risk and commercial strategy
- Monitor their lending portfolio to identify trends and anomalies
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and investors to highlight risk trends and exposures, as well as providing strategic oversight to grow the business
- Supervise the performance of credit risk models and strategies, ensuring their accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness in risk management.
- Work cross-functionally across the business to provide insight and leadership as the company continue to grow
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Essential to have experience in consumer lending, with Credit Cards or similar products
- Experience with a rating agency is highly desirable
- Prior work with development of risk management strategies and policies in a consumer lending environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar
