NORTH LONDON (2-3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE)
A role leading this retailer's Analytics team driving advanced analytics whilst further developing the business's single customer view.
THE COMPANY
The successful Head of Analytics will be working for a leading retailer in North West London. You will be brought in to help this company increase their understanding of their customer's behaviour through in-depth analysis, learning about customer interactions at multiple touchpoints.
They've just built out and launched a single customer view and are therefore looking to do more advanced analytics off the back of this.
THE ROLE
You will be:
- Looking at customer engagement throughout both the retail and online areas of the business whilst being responsible for identifying channel-specific customer trends.
- Managing a team who will be building CRM strategies and will be working with the Global and Regional CRM teams to implement and deliver strategies derived from meaningful insight.
- Benchmarking for how customer data is used and manipulated
- Leading analysts across product, customer, marketing and commercial analytics
- Creation of customer-related KPI's, setting success metrics for your team
- Hiring, centralising and growing the London team
- Leading analysts who will be evaluating both post-campaign and post-launch campaign
- Leading analysts focused around behavioural modelling and segmentation analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You don't have to tick all the following boxes but we'd love to hear from you if you have any of the following experience:
- Advanced skills in SQL
- Experience leading a team across customer or marketing analytics; ideally who have built Propensity and Churn models, or working on customer lifecycle management desirably in a retail environment using R/Python
- Team management experience of over 6+ people
- Shown experience visualising data using Tableau (or similar, e.g. Power BI, Looker)
- Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team effectively
- Fantastic stakeholder skills
THE BENEFITS
The successful Head of Analytics will receive a salary between £85,000 and £110,000 alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

As CRM Manager, you will sit in the marketing team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
