Basic £22k + uncapped commission + bonuses (OTE in year 1 £33-37k, year 2 £60-80k, year 3 onwards £100k+)

What to expect?

Recruitment is a sales based role where you'll be kept on your toes and deal with the complexity that comes from people being your product instead of an object.

Day to day you can expect to be:

• Generating new business through cold calling
• Pulling new jobs to work on and fill
• Pitching to clients ranging from Big 4 Consultancies to Premiership football clubs, innovative tech start ups and corporate financial banks as well as international online fashion retailers
• Sourcing the best talent on the market
• Headhunting, phone screening and selling in new opportunities
• Working in a KPI and targeted environment
