Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Office based in Wimbledon (WFH currently)

Basic £22k + uncapped commission + bonuses (OTE in year 1 £33-37k, year 2 £60-80k, year 3 onwards £100k+)

We're looking for money motivated and driven individuals to join us as we continue to expand! We're still growing as a business and have plans to double in size over the next couple of years.

What to expect?

Recruitment is not HR but a sales-based role where you'll be kept on your toes with targets and KPIs to achieve as well as managing your own desk efficiently.

Day to day you can expect to be:

• Generating new business through cold calling
• Pulling new jobs to work on and fill
• Pitching to clients ranging from Big 4 Consultancies to Premiership football clubs, innovative tech start ups and corporate financial banks as well as international online fashion retailers
• Sourcing the best talent on the market
• Headhunting, phone screening and selling in new opportunities
• Working in a KPI and targeted environment
