What does a Recruitment Consultant do?
As a recruitment you will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with impressive, multinational Brands, recruiting for positions on their behalf. Through regular business trips you will be able to develop more and more clients.
You will identify suitable candidates through headhunting and job adverts, interviewing, preparing and advising candidates. One of your responsibility will be negotiation with candidates and clients to get the best deal possible for both sides.
Throughout the whole end-to-end recruitment process, you will be the first point for contact as you will be a respected market expert.
Through classic business development you will identify potential new clients and will be contacting them to start building a fruitful relationship.
What do you have to bring to be a successful Recruitment Consultant?
Recruitment is an exciting but also very challenging, fast paced career. To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you need to be resilient, competitive, confident and able to work well under pressure and towards targets/goals.

I am pleased to announce that Harnham have named David Farmer as our new CEO. David has been with Harnham since its inception in 2006 and has most recently being serving as COO.
