THE COMPANY:
We are working with a retailer which are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Analyst to help achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer data to develop insights and recommendations for improving ecommerce strategy. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize the online customer journey.
THE ROLE:
As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will:
- conduct data analysis on customer behavior, ecommerce metrics, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain ecommerce reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Web Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in ecommerce analytics or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
- Understanding of Google Big Query/SQL
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £40,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
