The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a team of exceptionally skilled AI/ML/MLOps Engineers known for their technical depth and collaborative approach to solving the most complex machine learning problems. You'll be at the forefront of driving AI innovation in machine learning infrastructure, building and optimizing GPU-powered platforms and integrating cutting-edge frameworks. The Role
As a Senior Manager, you'll provide strategic vision while staying hands-on in the technical execution. You'll lead a team of AI Engineers, Python Engineers and core Machine Engineers, as well as AI initiatives that ensure the success of AI/ML models across the organization by developing scalable, efficient platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing the strategic direction for the firm's AI/ML frameworks and GPU-powered platforms.
- Leading a team of experienced AI/ML/MLOps Engineers to deliver innovative solutions and solve complex and nuanced problems within the financial services sector
- Building and maintaining containerized runtime environments for AI/ML workloads.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to implement best-in-class tools and technologies.
- Applying MLOps best practices to create seamless deployment pipelines.
Your Skills and Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proven experience of deep expertise with GPUs and related technologies like CUDA.
- Hands-on experience with containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership abilities, coupled with a passion for solving intricate technical challenges.
