We are partnering with a fast-growing company in the digital marketplace space to find an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth across multiple channels. From customer acquisition and engagement to retention and revenue optimization, your work will directly contribute to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Growth Strategies: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and GMV (gross merchandise value) growth.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Execute A/B tests, growth experiments, and other data-driven initiatives to continuously improve marketing performance across the funnel.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and marketing strategies, while working closely with product marketing to execute on shared KPIs.
  • Customer Insights: Use customer behavior insights and market trends to inform targeting, segmentation, and messaging strategies that drive growth.
  • Business Ownership: Own the performance and ROI of your channels, managing forecasts and tracking results to ensure optimal performance.
  • Track KPIs & Deliver Insights: Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs, share actionable insights with leadership, and guide decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with proven success in customer acquisition and retention, especially in a two-sided marketplace.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing channel mix and its role throughout the customer funnel.
  • Expertise in scaling email and SMS strategies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sailthru, Marketo).
  • Experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation, and using data to optimize marketing tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create impactful, compelling messaging.
  • Proven success in hitting ambitious targets while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Effective cross-functional communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for a broad audience.
