They are looking to bring on a Senior Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in building out customer-facing platforms.
The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building out our customer-facing platform, ensuring it meets high standards for performance, reliability, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, leveraging your expertise in developing intuitive interfaces and optimizing backend systems. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as mentoring junior developers to enhance the overall development process.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Design, build, and optimize web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive interfaces and robust backend services.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality software solutions, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of software development.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, including testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and adapt the technology stack and development practices.
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
The Benefits:
- A base salary between $160,000 - $180,000, plus equity

Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
