Play a pivotal role in developing and managing cutting-edge data products that drive investment decisions and external insights for one of the leading private equity firms in the country. This position is ideal for a data-oriented product manager with strong technical skills and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business problems.

THE ROLE
As Senior Data Product Manager, you will lead the development of data-driven products that support investment decisions and provide strategic analytics to portfolio companies.
- Manage the lifecycle of data products-from gathering business requirements, to working with data scientists and engineers to deliver solutions, to overseeing product rollout and post-launch support.
- Develop internal data products that enhance productivity and provide actionable insights for 's deal teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines while balancing technical depth with business strategy.
- Drive technical decision-making in close collaboration with the engineering team, ensuring data products are scalable, efficient, and deliver high-impact analytics.
- Navigate datasets using SQL and support the integration of advanced analytics tools, with a focus on driving productivity through actionable insights.
This is an individual contributor role with a potential for growth as the team expands, and it requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 8-12 years of product management experience with a focus on data products and analytics solutions
- Strong technical foundation, particularly in SQL, with familiarity in Python being a plus
- Proven ability to take business requirements and translate them into technical product specifications
- Experience in managing the development and delivery of data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, and executives to deliver high-impact data products
- Experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment
