In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for one of the leading television and entertainment providers. You will sit on their Research and Insights team, where you will analyze customer behavior, survey results, industry trends, etc. to help drive business insights. This will be a heavy client-facing role.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze survey data from tools like Suzy (ad-hoc research) and Kantar (brand lift measurement) to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support study activation and monitor research studies for accuracy and timeliness using Salesforce.
  • Communicate regularly with third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and data accuracy.
  • Manage ongoing reports, deliver insights to internal stakeholders, and ensure timely results for clients and advertisers.
  • Participate in client-facing sessions, providing insights and contributing to discussions with advertisers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in market or survey research, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Proficient in analyzing survey data, with hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party research vendors like Kantar and Suzy to ensure effective project execution.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams in research, marketing, and sales, as well as manage client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in maintaining reports, generating insights, and monitoring studies using platforms like Salesforce.
