About Us:

We are a cutting-edge technology company specializing in platform development and advanced machine learning solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled ML Ops Engineer to join our team for a 6-month project. As an ML Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying machine learning models, focusing on optimizing and streamlining the ML development process. We prioritize experience working with Databricks to enhance our platform capabilities and ensure smooth ML workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to build efficient ML pipelines using Databricks as a primary platform.
  • Evaluate and build proof of concepts (POC's) to assess the feasibility and potential of new ML models.
  • Hands-on implementation of machine learning algorithms and models in a production environment.
  • Utilize Databricks, AzureML, Keras, PyTorch, GPT4, and MLFlow to enhance platform capabilities and automate ML workflows.
  • Streamline model training, testing, and deployment processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Monitor model performance, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements to maintain optimal system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Databricks (self-rated 8/10 or higher) with a focus on ML optimization and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in AzureML, Keras, PyTorch, GPT4, and MLFlow for building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Ability to write efficient SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation and integration tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic Linux commands for managing system resources.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Snowflake and Synapse for data storage and analysis.
  • Previous exposure to GPT-3 or GPT-4 models.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, shell scripting, and basic Linux.
