An established, leading company is looking for an experienced Manager, Loyalty Strategy to lead go-to-market strategy and successfully centralize the customer loyalty program to drive business growth in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.

THE ROLE:

As Manager, Loyalty Strategy, you will be the Customer Loyalty Lead in managing a small team, as well as frequently working with department heads and executive stakeholders on promotional strategy initiatives. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing, executing, and managing strategic loyalty programs in an omnichannel environment
  • Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Teams to grow brand awareness.
  • Leading a team of 2-3 junior team members while frequently liaising with executive stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven commercial experience leading loyalty programs within eCommerce, retail, or tech.
  • Familiar with data & analytics tools including SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Expertise in Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), customer journey analysis, segmentations, etc.
  • Experience in experimentation (i.e., A/B, hypothesis, multivariate testing)
  • Proven commercial experience working cross-functionally with Data Science and Analytics teams.
  • Familiar with digital platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Proven commercial experience managing $MM media budgets and driving $MM revenue.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; master's degree or M.B.A. preferred.

BENEFITS:

As Manager, Loyalty Strategy, you can make up to $155,000 base salary (depending on your experience).
