The Company:
We're partnering with a company that builds open-source infrastructure that creates a feedback loop for optimizing LLM applications. By integrating with their model gateway, you can send metrics to improve models over time-making them smarter, faster, and more cost-effective.
The Role:
As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in building the platform from the ground up. You'll focus on creating a high-performance, user-friendly interface while contributing to core areas like optimization, evaluation, observability, and integrations. Working directly with the two co-founders, you'll own the entire frontend architecture and development process using React and TypeScript. In this highly collaborative, early-stage environment, you'll have the opportunity to shape the product's direction, design scalable solutions, and build a seamless user experience. This is a unique chance to have a direct impact on the company's growth and the product's success from day one.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Proven ability to design and implement frontend architecture from scratch in an early-stage environment.
- Expertise in creating user-friendly, responsive interfaces with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Strong understanding of integrating with backend systems and APIs.
- Ability to work closely with cofounders and cross-functional teams to shape the product's direction and create innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with RemixJS for building modern, fast, and scalable web applications and Tailwind CSS for utility-first design and styling. (Nice to have)
- Experience working in startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
The Benefits:
