THE ROLE- Director of Product Analytics
In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's monetization strategies and scaling their overall data operations. You will work closely with the Head of Revenue and the Data Science team to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions. This role is perfect for a director-level professional with a strong background in subscription or marketplace domains, who is both hands-on and strategic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and mentor a growing team of data professionals.
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to support subscription and marketplace products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve key business problems
- Conduct exploratory projects to innovate and enhance product offerings, including investigating non-traditional learning methods.
- Ensure robust data pipelines and architecture to support scalable and efficient data operations.
- Conduct and oversee SQL and A/B testing, ensuring rigorous experimentation practices.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a hands-on Product Analytics leadership role is required.
- Strong experience in subscription or marketplace domains within consumer tech companies is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to scale data teams and operations in a startup environment.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, A/B testing, and data pipelining is required.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a player-coach mentality.
- Experience in agile, lean environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
