THE ROLE- Marketing Director

In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth. This is a full-funnel role encompassing performance marketing, brand strategy, creative development, and all other aspects of marketing. You will lead a talented team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and drive business results. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across various channels including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
  • Lead the performance marketing efforts, including but not limited to PPC advertising, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing, to optimize ROI and drive scalable growth.
  • Define and implement brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and resonance across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets, including advertising campaigns, content marketing materials, and promotional collateral, to effectively communicate our brand story and value proposition.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to continuously optimize marketing campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing channels and tactics, with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating memorable brand experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
