A high-growth subsidiary of a top eCommerce company is looking for an experienced Director of Creative Marketing to successfully lead a multidisciplinary digital team in executing and driving digital marketing capabilities across an array of media channels to drive online sales and thus, substantial business growth in the United States.

THE ROLE:

As Director of Creative Marketing, you will be the company's Head of Creative & manage a high-performing, multidisciplinary digital team in executing digital marketing campaigns & initiatives across various channels to drive customer acquisition & online sales growth. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the collection, cleansing, and organization of large amounts of data from various channels & sources
  • Designing/executing/implementing customized, multifaceted marketing & advertising initiatives/strategies
  • Liaising between Client Services, Digital Media, Marketing Analytics, and SEO teams; consulting on strategies
  • Coaching/mentoring/managing stakeholders, growing the firm's Data/Analytics Center of Excellence

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive commercial Ad Ops/Digital/Media/Web analytics experience within AdTech, eComm, and/or Media
  • Proven commercial experience working in a Personalization, Loyalty Analytics, and/or Audience Targeting role
  • Well-versed in customized tag management solutions in Adobe Launch (or DTM) and/or Google Tag Manager
  • Proven commercial experience aggregating & ensuring the quality of large amounts of website/digital data
  • Proven commercial experience building, managing, and leading multidisciplinary data/analytics teams
  • Well-versed in extracting/cleaning/manipulating a lot of 1stparty, 3rd party, and/or client data in SQL
  • Well-versed in dashboarding/BI tools (i.e., Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
  • Familiar with data/data warehousing tools such as AWS, GCP, or related databases
  • Well-versed in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Well-versed in web-based/site crawling tools such as BrightEdge and Google Search Console
  • Familiar with various Demand-Side (DSP) and Supply-Side (SSP) platforms and services
  • Strong knowledge of various statistical testing techniques (i.e., A/B, hypothesis, multivariate)
  • Proven commercial account, client, customer, and/or vendor management experience within media
  • Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Statistics, or related field; M.B.A. and/or M.S. degree preferred

BENEFITS:

As Director of Creative Marketing, you can make up to a $200,000 base salary (depending on experience).
