About the Company

We're partnering with a leader in healthcare analytics, looking for a Data Scientist to join their Data Science & AI team. You'll be at the forefront of pharmaceutical analytics, uncovering critical insights for the commercial, clinical, and medical sectors. This role allows you to tackle some of healthcare's most pressing challenges, including patient engagement, healthcare mistrust, and access to care.

The Role

As a Data Scientist, you'll use your expertise to analyze patient journeys and provide actionable insights that drive decisions in clinical trials and healthcare commercialization. This role blends technical analysis with strategic problem-solving and client collaboration, making a direct impact on the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Apply predictive analytics, regression modeling, and statistical techniques to drive insights.
  • Use geospatial analytics and descriptive data to optimize market and revenue strategies.
  • Analyze real-world healthcare data (RWD) to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Apply human-centered data approaches to understand patient journeys and barriers to access.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Product and R&D to refine datasets.
  • Develop compelling business cases and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts with consulting, data analysis, and presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in data science, with a focus on pharma analytics and real-world data.
  • Experience working directly with clients, translating business needs into actionable data insights.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling, regression analysis, and statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in Databricks, Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with real-world healthcare data, patient engagement, and commercial analytics.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master's degree required (PhD is a plus).
