Location: Remote with up to 10% Travel - Company based in Dallas, TX

Overview of Role:

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of advanced data science initiatives, aligning directly with strategic objectives. This role involves the full data life cycle from model building to maintenance.

Role Description:

  • Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements for data-driven decisions.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain multiple machine learning models across different business units.
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure analytical insights and products are integrated into business processes.
  • Guide and approve analytics/modeling approach, model deployment requirements, and quality assurance standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, exploring and adopting new data science technologies and methodologies.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify new technologies and opportunities that deliver measurable business value.

Skills and Experience:

  • Masters or higher preferably in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field, with 3-5 years MINIMUM experience in a data science or machine learning role.
  • A/B testing experience in advertising/marketing is a huge plus!
  • Strong preference for those with experience with Adtech and ad auctioning software.
  • Extensive knowledge and working experience with Machine Learning libraries/frameworks, and data processing/visualization tools. (PyTorch, Tensorflow, NumPy, etc.)
  • Experience with full data life cycle, working in model development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Data/ML platforms (Databricks, Spark).
