Our client is a fast-growing technology firm specializing in innovative solutions for the travel industry. They are seeking passionate self-starters to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Account Director will lead a team of account managers and digital marketing analysts, focusing on strategizing and planning for enterprise travel clients. This role is crucial for ensuring client success and driving strategic growth through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and driving growth initiatives.
  • Strategic Development: Define and refine client strategies to align with their business objectives.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns, utilizing advanced technology to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the execution team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
  • Financial Management: Oversee client-level profit and loss, identifying opportunities for growth through automation and innovation.
  • Performance Reviews: Lead the development of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and coach team members in effective presentation strategies.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients and support sales pitches as required.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed on industry trends and share insights within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and technology.
  • 3+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Strong expertise in metasearch, paid search, and display advertising.
  • In-depth understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs) and supplier account dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience representing a company at industry events is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
