Are you a consumer insights professional, specialising in Qualitative Research, that's passionate about AI? Do you want to help redefine qualitative research while driving customer success? This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering AI-driven insights company as a Senior Qualitative Research Manager. You'll play a key role in helping some of the world's biggest brands to get the most out of an innovative AI-powered research tool.

THE ROLE:

As a Qualitative Research Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring clients gain maximum value from the platform. Your role will include:

  • Owning the customer journey - providing best-in-class trial and onboarding experiences, helping self-serve customers unlock the platform's full potential.
  • Enhancing AI-driven research - collaborating with Product & Engineering to refine the AI's qualitative research capabilities, ensuring it feels like working with an experienced human researcher.
  • Managing & growing accounts - supporting post-sale customer relationships, driving retention, and owning new business opportunities.
  • Shaping customer success strategy - developing best-in-class processes to improve retention, customer education, and overall satisfaction.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The Qualitative Research Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • 4-7 years in customer success or consumer insights, with a strong background in qualitative research methodologies.
  • Proven experience in client management, with a track record of delivering impact and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective research strategies.
  • Passionate about AI and its role in qualitative research.
  • A strong communicator-clear, concise, and confident in client-facing interactions.
  • Comfortable with sales & demos, taking ownership of customer relationships.

WAYS OF WORKING:

This role is based in the London office 4x week.
