A global luxury lifestyle brand is making major investments in customer experience, data and technology – and they’re looking for a Senior Manager, Martech to join the team at a pivotal point in their transformation.

The role
This is a standalone position sitting across four core insight and customer experience functions, giving you a wide scope to collaborate with CRM, Planning, Customer Insights, and Data Strategy teams. You’ll be the go-to person for Martech – leading strategic projects across infrastructure, data management, segmentation, and campaign enablement.

Key projects include:

• Supporting a major CDP migration to Zeta (from Salesforce) – mapping, testing, validating and improving customer data

• Helping roll out a new clientelling platform to support personalised, VIP-level customer experiences

• Evaluating and evolving the Martech stack – tools, workflows, integrations

• Defining and monitoring KPIs for data quality, campaign success, and governance

• Supporting CRM campaign migration and activation through the new CDP (which will also function as an ESP)

• Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, tech and data

Who they’re looking for

• 4-5 years+ Martech experience, ideally in a retail or consumer-facing environment
