This company is going through a huge digital transformation, with their main priority being to make customers be at the heart of all their decision making. This company offers extensive exposure with their cross-functional working environment and provides employees with the ability to have a direct impact on the business's future. They are looking for someone to join them in their new state of the art Paddington office, that overlooks the river.


THE ROLE


As a Senior Credit Risk Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Working with clients to develop their credit capabilities including IFRS9, IRB and stress testing approaches
  • Help clients and senior stakeholders to design their credit measurement ecosystems
  • Lead the Credit Risk function and taking responsibility for projects
  • Working with senior stakeholders to build long-term relationships
  • Lead your own team to complete projects on time and to a good standard

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Credit Risk Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Good communication skills, to translate complex data into insights and to promote discussion with key stakeholders and managers.
  • Analytically focused
  • Experience of Excel, SQL/SAS/similar.
  • IFRS9 and IRB model experience
  • Extensive exposure working with stress testing
