2024 is an important year in transforming as they are transforming their credit decisioning models following heavy investment in AI. It's an exciting time to come on the journey to develop and implement industry-leading machine learning models within a credit risk environment
THE ROLE:
- Opportunity to develop Scorecards across the full breadth of credit card products using machine learning algorithms
- End to end machine learning role offering the chance to leverage data sources, build and deploy data science solutions in a consumer lending environment
- Work with stakeholders to improve model use and strategies, implementing more advanced techniques into their modelling and decision processes
- Think creatively to improve team Scorecard and wider data science efficiency
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience developing Scorecards in a Credit Risk team is essential
- Experience in a data science or machine learning role is also required
- Python or R coding skills are required
- Excellent academics including a highly numerate degree required
