THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager specialised in Business Intelligence to bring their deep understanding of data analytics, media performance metrics, and stakeholder management skills to the leadership of the BI team
In this role you will be:
- Leading and managing a team of 6 analysts ensuring high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insight
- Develop and maintain the BI roadmap, implementing BI strategies across the business
- Collaborating with the Marketing, Media, and Product teams to identify KPIs and develop interactive dashboards
- Overseeing the development of data models and predictive modeling to help inform on customer behavior
- Present insights to senior leadership and clients
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
They are looking for an experienced candidate who has proven experience in management and providing advanced analytical solutions
Please apply if you have experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within Business Intelligence with at least 2 in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful BI solutions and strategies
- Strong proficiency in BI analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Python)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insight

About the Role

The individual in this role will ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance framework, which covers data policies, standards, and practices, in order to achieve the necessary levels of consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
- Training and educating data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices through the governance framework.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings across business areas for onboarding, improvement, and raising the profile of data governance.
- Assisting in managing the data quality roadmap.
