About the Company:
A leading consultancy specialising in market research and insights is seeking a passionate and skilled IsiZulu-speaking Research Consultant to support research projects within the South African market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in qualitative market research and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
Engage with and manage research communities effectively.
Build relationships with community members to ensure active participation.
Survey Launch & Incentive Management:
Coordinate and launch surveys targeting the South African market.
Oversee incentive distribution and maintain engagement through appropriate reward mechanisms.
Translation Support:
Provide translation support using internal tools to ensure clarity and accuracy in research materials.
In-Depth Interviews (IDIs):
Lead and conduct insightful in-depth interviews with participants.
Extract meaningful qualitative data to inform research outcomes.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Collaborate with the research team to produce detailed reports tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
Fluency in IsiZulu (spoken and written).
Proven experience in qualitative market research.
Strong interviewing and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with research tools and platforms is an advantage.
