THE COMPANY:
This is a well-known high street financial services business. They are keen to make the most of the gap in the market for Point of Sale Finance an lending offerings, so they foresee this project becoming a very successful business area for them. You'd have the freedom to lead this project and plan the strategy going forwards that ultimately influences the business and end customers.
WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
In this role, you will get to work on:
- Leading the product strategy for the Point of Sale Finance offerings, be this 'buy now, pay later' or pay in instalments/lending offerings
- Creating and rolling out the product roadmap for making improvements or rolling out new features
- Liaising with external partners and internal stakeholders to manage requirements
- Working directly with senior stakeholders across different business areas to bring the product together and grow capabilities, providing roadmaps that meet ambitious targets
- Lead on projects for the technical build of products, working with different team members, be they data scientists, engineers and marketing experts
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Previous experience across product management, specifically from financial services and banking
- Previously worked on POS Finance as a product
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Worked on product roadmapping and optimisation

- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office. Their HQ is in Birmingham, but they have hubs in Leeds and Chester too
