THE ROLE
As Media Planning Manager, you will play a critical role within the performance marketing team, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum commercial value through smart planning, optimisation, and effective partner management.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong multichannel experience across online and offline media, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and external partners. You'll work closely with specialist teams spanning search, programmatic, CRM, and brand, helping to coordinate activity and ensure campaigns land in the right place at the right time.
This is a 12-month maternity cover with strong potential to extend to the end of Q1, offering substantial ownership and autonomy with support available when needed. An immediate start is preferred to allow for a smooth handover.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead day-to-day planning across online and offline media, determining how, when, and where campaigns should run to maximise commercial impact.

The Role

- Translate briefs into technical requirements, selecting target audiences based on behavioural data
- Join data from multiple sources (CRM, transactional systems, engagement events) and use APIs to connect to marketing automation platforms
- Design and implement QA processes ensuring regulatory requirements are met
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop six direct reports
- Lead daily scrums, ensuring team members are comfortable with pipelines and escalating issues
- Work with SMEs to ensure clear view of required skills with development plans in place
- Coach and guide team members, supporting continuous learning
Data & Insight Strategy
- Build detailed understanding across datasets to become SME for sourcing, analysing and delivering customer data
- Ensure campaigns utilise data effectively, taking forward-looking view on future integrations and tools
- Build reporting capability to track team effectiveness and deliverables
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support Financial Services platform transition, gaining access to more granular customer data
- Help deliver migration to new unified customer data platform
- Explore customer behaviour and product engagement, operationalising insights into revenue-driving campaigns
- Continuously develop knowledge to remain up to date with technology and methods
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Advanced SQL experience (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)-hands-on technical leadership role where SQL is used daily
- Previous line management experience-formal or informal leadership of analysts or campaign specialists
- Strong experience in customer selections, audience targeting or campaign analysis
- Experience planning and delivering campaigns and evaluation across multiple channels
- Strong experience providing data insights to aid strategic decision-making with clear stakeholder communication

An established data and analytics provider within the FS and property sector is looking for an Analytics Manager to lead and deliver high-impact client-facing projects. Sitting at the intersection of data, product, and commercial teams, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across some of the UK’s most prominent banks and mortgage lenders.
You’ll manage a small team of analysts while staying close to delivery – combining technical expertise with business insight to shape how financial institutions use housing market data to drive smarter lending decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Mentor and support 2-3 analysts; oversee workload and ensure high-quality output

Client-Facing Analytics: Present insights directly to clients, translating complex data into strategic value

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, commercial, and presales teams to develop tailored solutions

Strategic Thinking: Stay ahead of market trends and customer challenges to guide analytics direction

Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines

Innovation Support: Help evolve the product set through insight-led thinking across financial services use cases
What We’re Looking For

5-7 years’ experience in analytics, ideally within financial services, credit risk, mortgages, or related sectors

Proven experience mentoring or managing analysts (or strong readiness to step into a team lead role)

Strong technical toolkit: SQL, Python, and Excel proficiency

Skilled communicator – confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working with or alongside banks, lenders, or credit decisioning teams

Highly numerate, creative problem solver with strong business acumen

Exposure to property, housing, or mortgage markets

As a Data Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the company’s data platform and ML ecosystem – shaping how massive-scale datasets (hundreds of millions of data points) power predictive models, data quality, and AI-driven insights.
The Opportunity
You’ll drive the roadmap and vision for a modern data platform underpinning core AI products, collaborating closely with data engineering and data science teams. This is a hands-on product role – ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, ML, and product strategy.
