A great opportunity to join a leading media agency as a Director of Marketing Effectiveness
THE COMPANY
The business is a world leader in media investment analysis, utilising data to provide independent and factual advice enabling brand owners to optimise their media and marketing spend.
As a Marketing Effectiveness Director, you will help lead the analytics team and take leadership over several of the businesses key accounts. This includes leading on MMM/Econometrics projects, stakeholder management whilst also overseeing a team of your own.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and overseeing on Market Mix Modelling and Econometrics projects
- Liaising directly with clients and managing relationships with various stakeholders
- Establishing and converting new business opportunities
- Evaluating P&L to drive improvements in pricing and resource use
- Managing and mentoring a team of Econometricians
- Integrated business recommendations into the client's business planning
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record leading and delivering on MMM/Econometrics projects
- Ability to be hands-on occasion in the building of MMM projects from scratch
- Previous agency experience is essential
- Strong background in team management

About the Role

The individual in this role will ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance framework, which covers data policies, standards, and practices, in order to achieve the necessary levels of consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
- Training and educating data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices through the governance framework.
