The Role
As a Market Researcher, you will be at the forefront of implementing and enhancing research strategies and methodologies. Your role will involve:
- Client Interaction: Working closely with clients to address their research needs and challenges.
- Data Collection: Designing and implementing tracking solutions to measure industry-specific data.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conducting detailed analysis and producing insightful reports based on research findings.
- Collaboration: Partnering with specialists from various digital marketing channels and product teams.
- Strategy Development: Translating business objectives into effective research strategies and measurement plans.

Your Profile
- Proven experience in market research or a related field.
- Proficiency with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and/or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of Data Layers and Tag Management Systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen interest in industry trends.
Additional Information
- Office presence required 1-2 days a week with flexibility.
- International travel for conferences (Europe and US, April/March and September, 5 days per quarter).
- All positions require fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

About the Role
This role involves leading and managing data governance activities across the organization, with a focus on improving data quality and managing key information assets. The goal is to enhance the overall data and governance maturity of the company. The individual in this role will ensure adherence to the enterprise data governance framework, which covers data policies, standards, and practices, in order to achieve the necessary levels of consistency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing the data governance framework, which includes ownership, onboarding, standards, rules, and processes.
- Leading data governance committees to ensure decision-making around data evolves to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with technology and architecture teams to manage changes within the data catalog and data quality.
- Creating and agreeing on metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive a proactive approach.
- Training and educating data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices through the governance framework.
