  • Extensive experience in forecasting and predictive modelling, particularly in data-heavy environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Python and SQL - both are essential for this role.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in betting, trading, or a similar high-stakes environment is highly advantageous.
  • A deep-rooted understanding of machine learning optimisation, with the ability to refine models for maximum efficiency.
  • A STEM background (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with a strong analytical foundation is preferred.

THE BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary: Between £100,000 and £130,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus: Ranging from 10% to 30%, rewarding your contribution to the team's success.

  • Private healthcare and 25 days of annual leave.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with just one day per week in the office, located in London.

THE PROCESS

  1. Online technical assessment: A 50-minute challenge designed to test your core technical skills.
  2. 60-minute interview: Discussion and technical questions with senior leadership.
  3. Assessment day: A hands-on modelling challenge using in-house data, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a real-world scenario.
  4. Offer: Final discussions and terms.
