A few years ago, they began to modernise the bank with a migration to the cloud which led to expanding the team. This is why they are looking for a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join the team.
THIS ROLE
As a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be…
- Leading a DevOps engineer, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Migrating legacy databases to Azure
- Helping to change the production environment
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Azure DevOps Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience utilising the following techs: SQL Server, Azure, Azure DevOps & Databricks.
- Experience in migrating legacy databases
- Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment
- Skills in planning, prioritising, and delivering projects on time and within scope
