JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (RESEARCH)

Harnham are working with a fast-growing, award-winning company at the forefront of market research innovation. They work across the likes of fashion and healthcare, with clients across the world. They're looking for a PM to join their Research Operations team.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager will play a vital role in managing and delivering projects that give brands unique insights into what captures people's attention and why. They will cover the implementation of projects, as well as planning and coordinating them, whilst also overseeing budgets, timelines and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage different project requirements according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Insight and Tech teams, and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Manage project budgets to avoid cost overruns, except where additional value is agreed upon.
  • Work closely with other Project Managers and team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Contribute to building a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, celebrating successes, and learning from challenges.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Junior Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Degree educated
  • Experience in a project co-ordinator position advantageous
  • Analytical and Systematic Thinking - Ability to approach problems methodically and find effective solutions.
  • Passion for Problem Solving - Eager to tackle new challenges and find innovative ways to overcome obstacles.
  • Willingness to Learn - Open to continuous learning and development, embracing new ideas and methodologies.
  • An interest in the market research sector
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
