An exciting opportunity has come up with a London University to contribute to their Digital Transformation by providing a combination of data strategy and hands-on analytics.
THE ROLE:
As this organisation is set to undergo major change, increasing utlisation of data across the university, and transforming their tech stack, they are seeking an experienced Data specialist with Higher Education experience.
In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Working closely with key stakeholders from across the university to understand what is in place & how to align existing & new data infrastructure to their needs.
- Brainstorming with peers to offer advice on the future direction of Analytics within the department.
- Ensuring the delivery of development of Reporting & Analytics with an Azure Data environment, as well as tools including Tableau & Alteryx.
- Implementing & establishing the team, strategy & new systems across the organisation as a whole
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Interim Deputy Head of Planning will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working within complex Data functions, ideally within a University's planning department.
- Strong understanding of Data, Reporting & Analytics, with the hands-on ability to deliver as required.
- Excellent relationship building experience with stakeholders at every level of an organisation.
- Ability to strategically offer advice on integrating future data technologies to existing record systems.
THE BENEFITS:
The successful Interim Deputy Head of Planning will receive between £450 - 550 per day (outside IR35) for the initial 6 month period.
The role will be hybrid, expecting 2-3 days per week in Central London.
